2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information.
  • Client portal accounts are created by our administrators; clients cannot self-register.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Fees & payment

Fees for services are as quoted or published and may be charged on a one-off, monthly or annual basis. Unless stated otherwise, payments are due in advance. Government and third-party fees (such as Companies House or HMRC charges) may be additional.

4. Client responsibilities

  • Provide all information and documentation we reasonably require to deliver the services.
  • Ensure your use of our services and any business you operate complies with applicable laws.
  • Not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent or prohibited purposes.

5. Third parties & government bodies

Some services depend on third parties or government bodies (e.g. Companies House, HMRC, banks, payment providers). We are not responsible for their decisions, processing times or requirements, though we will act diligently on your behalf.
