Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are provided for services purchased from ZM Basket (Private) Limited. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. Overview
Because many of our services involve work that begins immediately and payments made to third parties (such as Companies House or HMRC), refunds are considered on the basis of the work completed and costs incurred at the time of your request.
2. Before work has started
If you cancel a service before any work has begun and before any third-party fees have been paid on your behalf, you are entitled to a full refund of the service fee.
3. After work has started
- If work has partially commenced, we may provide a partial refund reflecting the work completed and any non-recoverable costs.
- Government, registry and other third-party fees that have already been paid are non-refundable.
4. Completed services
Once a service has been completed (for example, a company has been incorporated or a registration submitted), the service fee is non-refundable, as the work and any associated filings have already been performed.
5. Subscriptions & recurring services
Subscription services (such as virtual addresses or account management) may be cancelled to prevent future renewals. Fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, but you will continue to receive the service until the end of that period.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@zmbasket.com with your account details and the service in question. We aim to review refund requests within five (5) business days.
7. Processing refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible. The time for funds to appear depends on your payment provider.
8. Exceptions
Refunds will not be provided where a service has been misused, where information provided was inaccurate or fraudulent, or where required by the nature of an already-completed third-party filing.
